Thierry Brigodiot



Thierry is an engineer by training with experience as a project manager both in the public sector and the private sector for French industrial companies doing business on the international level. He has developed specific know-how in supporting teams going through change and notably participated in the creation of an internal consultant group for the French Ministry of Education. This experience led him to found his own consulting firm in 2006 specialized in strategic, management and organizational consulting dedicated to the public sector (VAIA). Thierry took over PRAGMA from one of the Firm’s founders and became one of our Partners. He is involved in designing and managing internal opinion surveys, labor barometers and supporting organizational change and business lines.

Thierry is a highly skilled practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) which he applies on a daily basis in connection with the various topics and situations our customers face (reorganization, re-energizing teams, seminars, new services, etc.).

He ensures customized roll out of AI within organizations by adapting the process to deal with the challenges each company meets.

Thierry is a member of the French Institute of Appreciative Inquiry (IFAI) Scientific Committee and has established strong ties with the Institute to work in partnership. He holds a degree in management information systems engineering from EISTI and has taken his educational background further with an MSc degree in Technology and Innovation Management from Sussex University, an MBA from IAE Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Thierry is also EFMQ certified and has received certification as an Appreciative Inquiry and Clean Language Coach from IFAI / Case Western Reserve University.
