After devoting several years to managing civil engineering and public works projects, Nicolas discovered the field of consulting when leading change at one of SPIE BATIGNOLLES’ subsidiaries. He moved on to become a management consultant for PRAGMA before taking on the position of Managing Director a few years later.
He now has 10 years’ worth of experience in leading change and developing team performance using both tried and true, as well as innovative methods such as the Managerial Development Program (MDP).
A strong desire to gain insight and engage in meaningful work has led Nicolas to delve constantly into the design of internal opinion surveys, the best ways to roll them out and at the end of the day, how they can be exploited. In addition, his other main area of expertise is designing and implementing programs to change corporate culture (management, talent management, customer focus, practice of corporate rituals, etc.).
Throughout the years, Nicolas has assisted in particular the hotel industry, service companies, the industrial sector and banking and insurance companies and thus continued to develop his knowledge throughout his entire career of how people relate to their jobs and the working world. This led him to a current teaching position at the ECAM engineering school, to be a member of a corporate leadership club and at the same time, to regularly publish on the topics of management, engagement and subsidiarity.
Nicolas holds a degree in building and civil engineering from ESTP Paris and is also PAT-Miroir certified by the UTC University of Technology in Compiègne.
